Volunteer

This is a great opportunity to satisfy your volunteer requirements and help the school in the process – you might even have fun!  We need help in all areas: Donations, decorations, coordination, tickets, entertainment, and more.

We also need a Parent Representative for each sport/group that is participating.  That Parent Representative will be responsible for procuring donations and getting the other parents involved in that group to help.  THE MORE ITEMS THAT ARE DONATED FOR YOUR GROUP, THE MORE MONEY WILL FLOW BACK TO THAT GROUP!

Job Description for Parent Representative:

1. Make sure everyone involved with the group knows about the event and the great fund-raising opportunity it presents for the group.

2. Procure donations by coordinating efforts of all parents on the team or club.

3. Remind members about deadlines and spark enthusiasm for participation in getting donations.

4. Keep track of donations that should be credited to your group.

5. Make sure Donations Chairperson has all donations and information necessary by posted deadlines.
