Into the Future! will be held on Saturday, March 24th at the Gaia Hotel in Anderson, starting at 5pm. UPREP families can help the Educational Foundation by soliciting donations to make this an exciting and successful Auction Event! Proceeds directly benefit UPREP students’ many programs and activities.

VIVA LAS VEGAS! HIGH ROLLIN FUN!

Last Saturday, March 20, 2010, the GAIA Hotel in Anderson was transformed into a fabulously fun Rat-Pack casino to the delight of the 200 attendees that enjoyed roulette, black jack, craps live music, and one awesome auction item after the other! Wish we could tell you more, but what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!
Just kidding – stay tuned to learn how much money we raised for our school this year! In the meantime, please consider signing up to help with next year’s event, and please enjoy these photos:

Save the Date for “Viva Las Vegas”!

Well, hello there and thank you very much! Panther Elvis wants to remind you, as you get ready for your two weeks of vacation, to make sure you remember the important UPREP event that will take place on March 20^th and that you make sure you tell all your friends and family about it if you see them during vacation!

You Ain’t Nothin’ But A Hound dog if you don’t know what I’m talkin’ about, so listen close little mama:

The event is the annual UPREP Fundraising Auction and this year’s them is “Viva Las Vegas!” There will be all sorts of opportunities to gamble for a good cause – and you won’t even end up doin’ the Jailhouse Rock!

The invitation to the event will be included in the UPREP NEWSLETTER that you will receive in the mail over the next few weeks, so be sure to keep it so you know how to buy your tickets!

We still need lots of volunteers, so give Diane Hurner a holler if you want to help out

The big event happens on Saturday, March 20^th at the beautiful new GAIA Hotel in Anderson – that’s Gaia Hotel, not Heartbreak Hotel pretty mama!

Committee Chair, Diane Hurner, is organizing the first planning meeting for Thursday, September 24th.

Location: UPREP Board Room (In the main building).

Lots of exciting ideas and plans will be tossed around.

The Auction date is set for Saturday, March 20th, 2010 at the Gaia Hotel in Anderson. It is to be a “Casino” theme and promises to be even more fun and rewarding than last year!

Our first auction fundraiser in April 2009 was such an incredible success – we raised over $20,000 for UPREP – that we are getting ready to launch plans for the next one in March of 2010. We need as many volunteers as we can get – this is a great way to fulfill your required volunteer hours, help the school and also have a lot of fun!
